DO YOU SEE THERAPY CLIENTs VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON?
I meet with therapy clients virtually throughout the state of California. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #139821), supervised by Lital Diament, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #96310).
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency, safety, and momentum in the therapeutic process. We’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you. Over time, session frequency may shift based on your goals, needs, and progress. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and we’ll regularly check in to make sure the pacing feels right for you.

An Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) is a mental health professional who has completed a master’s degree in psychology and is working toward full licensure. As an AMFT, I have completed extensive clinical training and am registered with the state licensing board. I provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed therapist, which ensures that you receive care grounded in ethical, effective practices.
